Your dentist understands that it\u2019s hard to invest in something you can\u2019t see, so the smile preview is a good way to let you preview the results before committing to the treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, your dentist will use a 3D scanner to take images of your entire mouth\u2014no weird-tasting putty necessary. This scan will then be used in the printer to custom print your new aligner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How are NU Smile Aligners Made?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re just starting the treatment, the aligner may seem a bit tight at first. The trays are meant to guide your teeth into their new position with gentle pulling and pushing force inside the aligner itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it should snap into place over your teeth and stay put.
